Spring Open House

PCRC Family Arts & Empowerment Day

Celebrate creativity, connection, and community at our special PCRC open house!

This all-ages FREE open house invites individuals and families impacted by the 2025 LA fires to engage in creative activities designed to inspire and support healing.

Event Schedule:

  • 9:15–10:15 AM: Adults & Teens Yoga – Start your day with a rejuvenating yoga class. (Separate RSVP required here)
  • 10:00 AM–1:00 PM: Drop-in Clay Workshop – Express yourself by creating with air-drying clay, facilitated by P.S. ARTS teaching artists.
  • 11:00–11:45 AM: Drum Circle – Join the rhythm and connect with others through music.
  • 12:00–1:00 PM: "Art from the Heart"– Create a fabric and mixed media collage that empowers body, mind and spirit in creative & joyful ways. Facilitated by Get Empowered! & Be Good Do Good Media.
  • Enjoy light refreshments while you move between activities. Experience the joy of creativity!
  • Maple counselors will be available throughout the event to connect with participants and share information about therapy and counseling services.
