Join us for a calming and accessible gentle yoga class designed to support healing, relaxation, and whole-person wellness.
This thoughtfully guided practice focuses on slow, mindful movement and breathwork to help reduce tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate ease in both body and mind. Movements can be done standing or seated, with chair options available for full support, making this class welcoming and accessible for all levels and abilities.
Kim Harrington is a certified yoga instructor, yoga nidra guide, and Ayurvedic practitioner offering integrative practices that support whole-person wellness. She helps students cultivate resilience, ease, and lasting balance on and off the mat.
