In an increasingly unpredictable and pressured world, clinicians are often left navigating rising levels of stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and emotional dysregulation — both personally and professionally. This workshop offers an empowering and accessible approach to understanding how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, while providing practical tools to support regulation, resilience, and emotional balance.
Participants will explore neuroscience-informed coping strategies and gain hands-on tools drawn from Somatic Psychology, EMDR therapy, Breathwork, mindfulness, and more. These techniques are designed to help reduce anxiety, prevent escalation of stress responses, and promote long-term wellbeing for clinicians and clients alike.
The first 20 people to RSVP will get a FREE copy of Claudia Lewis's Coping Skills for Modern Life: A Workbook of Effective Tools to Feel Better Now . You must be present at the workshop to receive the workbook.
Join us at 9:30 am for a special wellness event happening BEFORE!
Let's Do Nothing Together Somatic Sandscapes is a gentle sensory rest experience where adults create calming sand tray designs inspired by Zen gardens and mandalas. Through mindful play and quiet creativity, participants are invited to slow down, relax the nervous system, and simply be present—no experience or expectations required.
